Kopii.ai provides access to an AI-powered trading bot that operates through a third-party regulated broker (Traders Trust). All trading is executed within your own brokerage account, which you alone control. Kopii.ai does not hold client funds or execute trades directly.

To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Open a brokerage account with our recommended broker (Traders Trust or a compatible alternative).
Deposit a minimum capital of $2,500 USD into your brokerage account.
Kopii.ai is not a financial advisor, wealth manager, or broker-dealer. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions.
All statements about historical returns or performance are based on past data and do not guarantee future results.
Kopii.ai operates on a performance-based model. We do not charge any upfront fees.
You retain 60% of all monthly profits.
Kopii.ai receives 40%, automatically settled by the broker at the end of each month.
This structure only applies to realized profits generated by the bot.
You retain full control over your brokerage account at all times. Kopii.ai does not have access to your funds.
All deposits, withdrawals, and account management are handled by the regulated broker.
You may stop using the bot at any time without penalties.
There are no lock-in periods, hidden fees, or required commitments.
Trading financial markets involves risk of loss. While the Kopii.ai bot has shown consistent performance, there is no guarantee of profits.
You acknowledge and accept the following:

Market conditions may impact performance.
Past performance does not ensure future returns.
We are not liable for any financial loss, delay, or technical issue caused by the broker, market conditions, or force majeure.
It is your responsibility to ensure that:

You meet any legal requirements for opening international bank or brokerage accounts.
Kopii.ai may assist with account setup where legally permitted, but we do not offer legal or tax advice.
